森松國際(02155.HK):若干董事擬行使購股權並出售有關公司股份
森松國際(02155.HK)公布,若干董事擬於近日選擇行使公司於2020年7月1日採納的首次公開發售前購股權計劃下不時獲歸屬的購股權,並於其後賣出部分公司股份,而該出售事項主要旨在使用其所得款項繳納行使購股權事項所需的成本和稅款等相關費用。
公司表示,董事對公司的未來前景及持續增長充滿信心,目前無意在出售事項後再賣出其各自持有的任何股份,並不排除將來會在適當時候進一步增持股份。
