郭家耀：債息抽高美股急挫 外圍波動港股或整固

港灣家族辦公室業務發展總監郭家耀稱，美股週三(21日)顯着下滑，美債息顯着大幅上升，引起市場憂慮，三大指數均錄得跌幅收市。美元走勢向下，美國十年期債息上升至4.59釐水平，金價表現向好，油價走勢受壓。港股預託證券普遍向下，預料大市早段跟隨外圍低開。
內地股市昨日造好，滬綜指窄幅上落，收市上升0.2%，滬深兩市成交額繼續清淡。
港股表現持續強勢，指數高見23,900點水平，尾市升幅略爲回順。企業季度業績大致符合預期，利好市場氣氛，帶動指數逼近高位。不過，外圍再現波動，短期大市或需整固，預料指數繼續於23,000至24,000點水平上落。
另《路透》根據國家統計局公佈數據測算，4月份70個大中城市新建商品住宅價格指數按年跌幅連續第六個月縮窄至4%，按月則持平。經測算，4月70個大中城市中，新建住宅價格指數按月上漲的有22個，上月有24個；下跌45個，上月有41個；持平的有3個，上月有5個。各線城市商品住宅銷售價格按月持平或略降，按年降幅均持續收窄。4月份，一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按月比較，由上月上漲0.1%轉爲持平。其中，北京和上海分別上漲0.1%和0.5%，廣州和深圳分別下降0.2%和0.1%。二線城市銷售價格按月持平，與上月相同。三線城市銷售價格按月下降0.2%，降幅與上月相同。按年比較，4月份一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按年下降2.1%，降幅比上月收窄0.7個百分點。其中，上海上漲5.9%，北京、廣州和深圳分別下降5%、6.3%和3%。二、三線城市分別下降3.9%和5.4%，降幅分別收窄0.5個和0.3個百分點。內地樓市有止跌回穩跡象，配合宏觀政策發力，有助整體經濟逐步回穩，利好市場氣氛。
