郭家耀:債息抽高美股急挫 外圍波動港股或整固
港灣家族辦公室業務發展總監郭家耀稱,美股週三(21日)顯着下滑,美債息顯着大幅上升,引起市場憂慮,三大指數均錄得跌幅收市。美元走勢向下,美國十年期債息上升至4.59釐水平,金價表現向好,油價走勢受壓。港股預託證券普遍向下,預料大市早段跟隨外圍低開。
內地股市昨日造好,滬綜指窄幅上落,收市上升0.2%,滬深兩市成交額繼續清淡。
港股表現持續強勢,指數高見23,900點水平,尾市升幅略爲回順。企業季度業績大致符合預期,利好市場氣氛,帶動指數逼近高位。不過,外圍再現波動,短期大市或需整固,預料指數繼續於23,000至24,000點水平上落。
另《路透》根據國家統計局公佈數據測算,4月份70個大中城市新建商品住宅價格指數按年跌幅連續第六個月縮窄至4%,按月則持平。經測算,4月70個大中城市中,新建住宅價格指數按月上漲的有22個,上月有24個;下跌45個,上月有41個;持平的有3個,上月有5個。各線城市商品住宅銷售價格按月持平或略降,按年降幅均持續收窄。4月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按月比較,由上月上漲0.1%轉爲持平。其中,北京和上海分別上漲0.1%和0.5%,廣州和深圳分別下降0.2%和0.1%。二線城市銷售價格按月持平,與上月相同。三線城市銷售價格按月下降0.2%,降幅與上月相同。按年比較,4月份一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按年下降2.1%,降幅比上月收窄0.7個百分點。其中,上海上漲5.9%,北京、廣州和深圳分別下降5%、6.3%和3%。二、三線城市分別下降3.9%和5.4%,降幅分別收窄0.5個和0.3個百分點。內地樓市有止跌回穩跡象,配合宏觀政策發力,有助整體經濟逐步回穩,利好市場氣氛。
