增收不增利!名創優品Q1淨利下滑近三成,股價大跌超17%
5月23日,名創優品集團公佈了2025年第一季度財報。
第一季度營收44.3億元,同比增長18.9%,預估44.1億元;淨利潤爲4.165億元,較上年同期的5.86億元下降28.8%;調整後淨利潤5.872億元,低於預估的6.613億元;經調整EBITDA利潤率23.4%,2024年同期則爲25.9%。
晚間美股開盤,名創優品股價大跌超17%。

Q1增收不增利
具體來看,營收:創優品第一季度營收44.3億元,同比增長18.9%,市場預估44.1億元。
淨利潤:爲4.165億元,較上年同期的5.86億元下降28.8%。;調整後淨利潤爲5.872億元,低於預估的6.613億元。
經營利潤:爲7.098億元,較去年同期的7.433億元有所下降。
毛利:達19.58億元,同比增長21.1%。
毛利率:爲44.2%,同比上升0.8個百分點。
每股收益:基本和稀釋後的ADS收益分別爲人民幣1.92元和1.88元,較去年同期有所下降。
費用投放上,由於IP授權費用投入的加大(同比提升40%)以及海外直營店租金&折舊費用的大幅上漲(同比提升71%),營銷費用率大幅飆升至23.1%(去年同期僅爲18.7%),最終核心經營利潤和經調整EBITDA分別爲7.1億元和10.4億元,均不及市場一致預期。

主要業務營收數據:
名創優品品牌:營收40.86億元,同比增長16.5%。其中,中國內地營收24.94億元,同比增長9.1%;海外市場營收15.92億元,同比增長30.3%,海外收入佔集團總收入佔比持續提升,同比提升三個百分點。
TOP TOY品牌:營收3.4億元,同比增長58.9%,主要由平均門店數量快速增長驅動。

截至2025年3月31日,名創優品集團層面的門店總數爲7768家,同比淨新開978家門店。
其中,名創優品門店數量爲7488家,同比淨新開858家門店。位於中國內地的名創優品門店數爲4,275家,同比淨新開241家門店;位於海外的名創優品門店數量爲3213家,同比淨新開617家門店,其中,在美國市場,名創優品目前總門店數已超300家,邁入規模化運營新階段。

葉國富:對Q2以及全年業績充滿信心
名創優品創始人、董事長兼首席執行官葉國富先生表示:“2025年我們取得了穩健的三月季度業績,並欣喜地看到我們的收入同比增長18.9%。我們的收入增長主要得益於名創優品中國大陸地區9.1%的收入增長,較去年第三季度和第四季度有所加快,這得益於同店銷售額的強勁復甦。通過穩步推進產品結構優化和戰略性門店網絡建設,我們有信心實現可持續的高質量增長。”
他表示,名創優品海外收入增長30.3%,佔總收入的比重同比增長3個百分點。我們正在與海外合作夥伴建立更全面的合作,以增強協同效應,升級門店業態,提升運營效率,並釋放門店擴張潛力。
展望未來,葉國富表示:“我們對第二季度以及全年的業績充滿信心。名創優品將繼續推進精細化運營策略,加強 IP 戰略合作,推進渠道升級,優化門店佈局,優化供應鏈管理,提升品牌影響力,爲實現全年業績目標奠定堅實基礎。”
