資金動向 | 北水買入港股超38億港元，搶籌建設銀行、美團
5月22日，南下資金淨買入港股38.8億港元。
其中：淨買入建設銀行9.29億、美團-W 5.84億、泡泡瑪特3.96億、中國銀行2.41億；淨賣出騰訊控股8.66億、小鵬汽車-W 6.77億、阿里巴巴-W 2.86億、三生製藥2.38億、小米集團-W 1.08億。
據統計，南下資金已連續13日淨賣出騰訊，共計160.9914億港元；連續5日淨賣出小米，共計18.4065億港元；連續8日淨買入建設銀行，共計64.3774億港元；連續5日淨買入美團，共計30.2429億港元。
北水關注個股
美團-W：香港交易所信息顯示，貝萊德在美團-W的持股比例於05月16日從5.92%升至6.02%。
泡泡瑪特：消息面上，泡泡瑪特全新發布的Labubu第三代搪膠毛絨產品再次風靡全球。據悉，不止在國內門店，為搶購到時下最火爆的Labubu 3.0，最近，美國洛杉磯、英國倫敦等線下門店都出現大排長龍的盛況。二手平台上，原價99元/盒的Labubu 3.0出現不同程度溢價，其中隱藏款盲盒出價高達2300元，相比官方售價溢價超20倍。
小鵬汽車-W：昨晚公佈業績顯示，2025年一季度小營收158.1億元，同比增長141.5%，超過市場預估的156.3億元；歸屬股東經調整淨虧損為4.3億元，同比收窄69.8%。公司預計Q2營收為175億元至187億元，同比增長115.7%-130.5%；預計Q2汽車交付量10.2萬輛至10.8萬輛，同比增長237.7%-257.5%。
阿里巴巴-W：香港交易所信息顯示，貝萊德在阿里巴巴-W的持股比例於05月16日從5.12%降至4.97%。
三生製藥：招銀國際上調三生製藥目標價至28.32港元，看好707在全球的潛力。
小米集團-W：據港交所數據顯示，機構做空力量顯著增強。5月14日至21日期間，小米集團賣空股數從1258.62萬股激增至2614.16萬股，環比增加107%，賣空比例同步由11.13%攀升至13.77%。
