多人違規！知名車企被警示，2024年僅銷售14輛車、虧損10億元
近日，浙江監管局發佈《關於對衆泰汽車股份有限公司及相關人員採取出具警示函措施的決定》，明確對衆泰汽車及董事長鬍澤宇等7人出具警示函。
對於下發警示函的原因，主要是因爲公司對2021年-2024年半年度相關定期報告財務數據進行更正。
而這次的事件又將衆泰汽車推上輿論的風口浪尖。
衆泰汽車及董事長等7人被警示
警示函內容顯示，1月15日，衆泰汽車披露《關於前期會計差錯更正及追溯調整的公告》，對披露的2021年-2024年半年度相關定期報告財務數據進行更正。上述事項反映出公司此前披露的相關報告財務信息不準確。
衆泰汽車的行爲違反了《上市公司信息披露管理辦法》（證監會令第182號）第三條的規定，公司董事長鬍澤宇等人違反了《上市公司信息披露管理辦法》（證監會令第182號）第四條、第五十一條規定，對上述違規行爲承擔主要責任。
根據《上市公司信息披露管理辦法》（證監會令第182號）第五十二條規定，浙江證監局決定對公司、胡澤宇等人分別採取出具警示函的監督管理措施，並記入證券期貨市場誠信檔案。
對於此次警示，衆泰汽車在隨後發佈的公告中指出，公司及相關人員高度重視警示函所指出的問題，並將嚴格按照浙江證監局 的要求，及時報送書面報告，深刻反思並認真吸取教訓。同時，衆泰汽車強調，公司本次收到警示函不會對公司經營產生影響，公司將嚴格按照相關監管 要求和有關法律法規的規定及時履行信息披露義務。
年銷14輛但高管年薪近千萬
前不久，衆泰汽車發佈了2024年的財報，細看財報中的多項數據，可以用慘不忍睹來形容。
報告期內，衆泰汽車營業收入爲5.58億元，同比下滑23.96%；歸屬上市公司股東淨利潤爲-10億元，同比增虧6.82%；歸屬上市公司股東的扣非淨利潤爲-14.69億元，同比增虧49.28%。
對於業績虧損原因，衆泰汽車解釋稱，主要原因在於公司整車業務仍處於恢復階段，再加上受外部環境的影響，報告期內汽車整車產銷量不大，銷售收入總額較低。
讓人吃驚的是，2024年衆泰汽車銷量僅14輛，較2023年的1112輛暴跌了98.74%。也就是說，衆泰汽車一個月只買一臺車多一點。
更意外的是，售出的14輛車還只是庫存，因爲2024年全年衆泰汽車生產了0輛，尚有庫存336輛。
“2024年度整車產銷量未達預期系公司整車業務仍處於恢復階段所致。”衆泰汽車指出。
回看以前，2016年與2017年衆泰汽車的年均銷量可以達到30萬輛，在行業中也是排在前列的。
與慘淡的銷量相比，衆泰汽車給高管發出的年薪更是讓人咋舌。
財報顯示，截至2024年末，公司16名董事、監事和高級管理人員一共領取報酬954.91萬元，較上年同期增長61.45%。
其中，董事長鬍澤宇稅前報酬196.59萬元，副總裁尹雪峯183.61萬元，這兩人的年薪佔整體工資的四成。
