大行評級|星展:建行首季業績不如預期 目標價降至7.9港元
星展發表研究報告指,建行首季業績不如預期,純利按年跌4%至830億元,收入按年跌4.8%至1860億元。該行下調今明兩年盈利預測4%至5%,料2024年至2027年盈利年均複合增長率爲1.3%,淨息差下行壓力仍會對今年盈利造成影響。星展將建行目標價由8.8港元降至7.9港元,料今明兩年股息率約6%,重申“買入”評級。
