东亚银行(00023.HK):董事会若干成员从三井住友银行收购2%的股份
格隆汇5月9日丨东亚银行(00023.HK)发布公告,董事会已获本行执行主席李国宝、副主席李国章及三井住友银行(Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)(“三井住友银行”)告知,于2025年5月9日交易时段后,买方(李国宝、潘金翠(李国宝的配偶)及李国章)已同意购买,而三井住友银行已同意出售,本行合共5280万普通股(“收购股份”),每股价格为9.64港元(“收购”)。收购股份约占本公告日期本行已发行普通股总数的2.00%。
本行已获告知,各买方的收购并非互为条件,收购预计于2025年5月14日或前后完成。本行执行主席李国宝及副主席李国章表示,购买收购股份反映他们对本行长期前景、战略方向及为股东创造可持续价值的信心。
