華潤置地發佈2024年度可持續發展報告：以責任與創新引領行業發展
4月28日，華潤置地發佈2024年度可持續發展報告。這是華潤置地獨立編制的第12份可持續發展報告，系統展示了華潤置地2024年ESG履責實踐和成果。
在環境維度，華潤置地積極響應國家雙碳戰略，將可持續發展理念貫穿於設計、建設到運營的全週期。全年環境保護投入總額1,093萬元，旗下15家單位獲得ISO 14001環境管理體系認證；新增超低能耗、低碳建築認證項目(不含代建)2個，累計綠色建築認證項目達373個，認證建築面積超5,717萬平方米；節能減排技術改造投入823.66萬元，通過多項節能改造項目，預計年節能達800萬kWh，同時積極採購綠色電力和綠證，大力發展光伏發電，多舉措減少碳排放；重視環境友好和生態可持續性，已在深圳、成都、西安等多個城市代建代運營了30多個公園項目。
在社會維度，華潤置地積極投身城市建設運營，2024年新增權益土儲面積達282萬平方米，在營購物中心數量增長至92座，城市代建業務累計在管面積突破7,600萬平方米；承建保障性住房施工面積達到1,915萬平方米，管理租賃住房5.6萬間，切實爲解決城市居住需求、滿足人民對美好生活的嚮往貢獻力量。在守護相關方健康安全方面，2024年累計開展應急演練24,612次，參與人次超53萬；組織安全警示教育活動7,089場，受教育人數超26萬人次。在助力鄉村振興方面，自2008年起積極參與華潤希望小鎮規劃建設，累計建成希望小鎮共13座。
在治理維度，華潤置地持續提升企業管治水平， 2024年進一步優化了其自上而下的風險管理架構。全年共開展103場法律法規和規章制度宣貫培訓，覆蓋逾1.7萬人次。累計取得註冊商標1,346件，馳名商標1件，專利189件，軟件著作權80件。2024年再度發佈可持續發展金融框架，並獲得第三方認證機構香港品質保證局(HKQAA)的專業認可，年內新獲取ESG貸款85億元，存續288億元，相關貸款將用於可持續發展工作，引導推動供應鏈綠色轉型，同時有效拓寬公司融資渠道、降低融資成本。
華潤置地在ESG領域的努力和實踐得到各界認可，2024年獲評GRESB全球不動產可持續發展評級體系四星級，入選恆生可持續發展企業基準指數、ESG50指數，位列國務院國資委"央企ESG先鋒100"榜單第7位，中央廣播電視總檯"中國上市公司ESG先鋒100"榜單第10位。
