4月25日,邁富時發佈的2024年財報顯示,公司營業收入和淨利雙增,總營業收入高達15.6億元,同比增長26.5%,全年經調整後淨利潤達7921萬元,同比增長385.6%,成功實現扭虧爲盈。

邁富時本次年報中表示,2024年的AI成功實踐,爲2025年AI-Agent戰略的全面落地提供了底層技術支撐與場景驗證,在以“AI驅動產業升級”的核心戰略指引下,公司已經全面邁入高速增長、保持盈利和正向現金流的高質量發展新階段,業務經營持續向好。

從技術沉澱到市場爆發:邁富時AI智能體應用元年業績突圍

資料顯示,邁富時是中國最早擁抱AI的企業之一。2024年公司正式發佈全球首款Tforce營銷領域大模型,一舉革新營銷銷售AI+SaaS行業技術格局。去年全年,公司研發費用增長16.9%,新增AI模塊至311個,AI+SaaS收入共計8.4億元,同比增長19.9%,毛利率高達86.3%。

據億歐智庫《2025中國AI Agent營銷市場發展潛力研究報告》數據顯示,隨着AI Agent在SaaS產品中增益價值擴大及高性能定製化AI Agent開發市場成熟,2028年規模有望達到3.3萬億元。

隨着智能體元年的到來,邁富時憑藉多年沉澱的行業經驗、豐富客戶資源與落地場景,依託不斷升級的大模型能力、AI技術優勢及品牌效應,推出了AI-Agentforce智能體中臺,以提升研發及交付效率。

此外,公司還推出了一系列AI Agent垂類標品、智能體一體機等智能體產品,構建起功能強大、場景多元的AI智能體矩陣,其智能體產品曾被評爲 “最具全球發展潛力的中國 Agent” ,獲得弗若斯特沙利文、頭豹研究院等權威機構高度認可。

多業務板塊協同增長,爲公司長期穩健增長築牢根基

2024年全年,公司服務的客戶總量近2.7萬家,訂閱收入留存率及訂閱客戶留存率兩項關鍵數據均表現出色。客戶粘性的穩步提升,爲公司長期穩健增長築牢根基。

報告顯示,公司持續優化T雲產品與客戶體驗,中小企業(SMB)訂閱收入留存率近90%,連續三個半年度實現持續改善;同時,來自代理商的AI+SaaS收入增速超125%,快速滲透非直銷地區,實現全域擴張。

大型客戶(KA)方面,公司通過珍客產品的持續迭代拓展市場,賦能品牌大客戶實現全渠道客戶資產運營,全年成功服務了海能達、奇瑞汽車、春風動力、周大福、來伊份等700餘家行業領軍企業,KA企業客戶的訂閱收入留存率已連續三年超過100%。

根據沙利文行業研究數據,中國營銷及銷售SaaS市場正迎來黃金髮展期,預計2027年市場空間將突破4.3萬億人民幣。邁富時表示,未來,公司將以平臺化 + 生態化爲發展主線,持續鞏固在AI+SaaS領域的先發優勢,全面深化SMB及KA市場滲透率,提升市佔率。
