格隆匯4月22日丨中文在線(300364.SZ)在投資者互動平臺表示，《引領計劃》引導支持網絡出版企業圍繞人工智能、大數據、雲計算、區塊鏈等網絡出版相關技術，建立研發機構，匯聚創新人才，營造創新文化，加強核心技術攻關等內容。公司深耕文化數字產業20餘年，擁有《網絡出版服務許可證》《網絡文化經營許可證》《出版物經營許可證》等牌照，旗下原創網站17K小說網、四月天小說網、海狸故事等原創平臺累積數字內容資源超560萬種，駐站作者450萬名，與600餘家版權機構合作，簽約知名作家、暢銷書作者2,000餘位。在人工智能方面，公司自研的“中文逍遙”數字內容智能生成模型，在保留通用能力的前提下有效提升小說創作質量，實現小說輔助創作、續寫，以及基於角色設定的聊天機器人等功能。同時“中文逍遙”也新增了專業的劇本創作能力。除中文內容外，“中文逍遙”在小說翻譯、英文小說創作、英文劇本創作方向都有較大突破。在AI多模態方面，公司基於多年來各類IP衍生品製作技術的基礎以及海量數字內容的優勢，在有聲書、漫畫、動漫、視頻等多模態領域進行了技術佈局和商業化落地，公司在AI生成漫畫以及動態漫已製作完成近百部作品，實現了商業化連載和付費經營。多部AI漫畫作品已同步開發動態漫製作和海外渠道發行，完成日語、韓語、俄語、英語、法語、西語等語種授權簽約及上線，多部作品登榜海外平臺榜單新作榜、人氣榜Top序列。在大數據方面，公司擁有豐富的內容審覈及數據標註管理經驗，高質量數據包含文字/音頻/圖片/視頻等多種類型數據600TB，目前已有海量中英文出版物、原創文學數據、有聲書及幹音，百萬級素材視頻，以及億級的圖片、題庫、期刊和中外文平行語料等，與衆多頭部大模型企業簽署數據內容及服務合同。在區塊鏈方面，公司早已運用於維權業務，自研的區塊鏈使用國密算法+哈希值校驗+區塊鏈的技術手段，爲版權電子數據提供存證服務，存證結果秒級上鍊、實時覈驗，可爲創作者快速確權。
