深圳控股(00604.HK):一季度合同銷售31.33億元 同比上漲83.5%
格隆匯4月16日丨深圳控股(00604.HK)公佈2025年第一季度及近期主要業務進展。地產銷售業務方面,集團拓寬營銷渠道,把握市場時機,加速銷售去化,旗下位於深圳的頤樾府、山水東城花園、泰瑞府、深業雲築等項目持銷情況良好,位於中山、上海和成都的項目亦表現較好。2025年第一季度,集團未經審計合同銷售額約31.33億元人民幣,較去年同期上漲83.5%,合同銷售面積約10.73萬平方米,較去年同期上漲31.4%,每平方米平均售價約爲29,201元人民幣。
城市綜合運營業務方面,集團在物管城市、公建物業等業態的對外拓展上持續突破。深業運營中標馬鞍山市鄭蒲港新區物管城市項目,服務鄭蒲港起步區、鄉鎮13個社區,175個自然村,道路清掃面積及綠化養護面積合計超過424萬平方米;華中區域中標三個醫院物業管理項目;成功拓展交通銀行福建分行、中國移動四川及吉林物業管理服務項目。
商業運營方面,集團深化文旅商融合模式,通過承辦優質文娛和體育活動,不斷創新商業場景,拓展商業邊界。近期,國際賽事斯巴達勇士賽、粵港澳大灣區花園大賽在集團運營管理的筆架山體育公園展開。本屆斯巴達勇士賽首次在城市中心舉辦,賽事期間,深業上城日均車流創淡季新高,同比增加35%,商場營業額同比增長52%,賽事的成功舉辦獲國內外知名媒體報導,影響力覆蓋18個國家和地區。花園大賽疊加清明小長假,假期首日客流突破32萬人次,創深圳市福田區商業客流新高,營業額同比增長48%,同時帶動淡季酒店消費,期間無印良品酒店滿房,文華東方酒店入住率顯着增加。集團旗下中山灣中上城項目成功舉辦品牌簽約儀式暨魔法世界發佈會,將打造爲亞洲首個國際IP室內主題娛樂綜合體,成爲粵港澳大灣區商業新地標。
