金山雲宣佈增發1850萬股ADS 加碼基礎設施升級及人工智能業務發展
2025年4月16日，金山雲(NASDAQ:KC，HKEX:3896)宣佈，將公開發行18,500,000股美國存託股（ADS），每ADS代表該公司15股普通股。同時，金山雲還授予ADS承銷商購買額外美國存託股的30天選擇權。並且，爲了方便港美股兩地投資者認購，投資者可以選擇在此次發行中以普通股代替ADS在港交所進行交易。
特別的，本次融資得到了戰略股東的支持。在上述發行股數外，金山軟件集團將額外認購整體發行規模（公衆發行部分+金山軟件集團認購部分）的20%。這不僅體現出生態企業對於公司業務發展的支持，也彰顯了股東對於金山雲長期發展的信心。本次融資將提升金山雲的資金實力，改善資本結構，有助於公司更好抓住增長機會。
公告顯示，對於此次ADS發行所得，金山雲計劃用於投資於升級和擴大基礎設施、投資於技術和產品開發、一般公司和營運資本用途。
受人工智能發展帶動，雲計算業務正處在其高速發展的歷史階段。深耕雲計算十餘載，金山雲已佔據行業中獨特的定位和技術服務先發優勢。受益於此，2024年金山雲業務表現強勁，全年總收入同比增長超過10%，且收入組合健康，Q4單季度AI賬單收入佔公有雲比例達34%，同比增長近500%，處行業領先水平。金山雲的高質量可持續發展戰略已取得階段性成果，年度毛利率同比提升超過5個百分點。Q4單季度調整後經營利潤率首次轉正。這爲後續盈利能力的持續提升打下了堅實基礎。
鑑於人工智能領域強勁且高度可見的市場需求，金山雲積極擁抱人工智能，持續聚焦核心技術進行能力建設，已圍繞基礎雲、智算網及智算平臺全面升級智算能力體系。目前，金山雲已在公有雲場景和國資雲/政務雲場景支持DeepSeek-R1/V3，且已完成基於國產芯片的DeepSeek滿血版適配。作爲生態內唯一的戰略雲平臺，金山雲將持續受益於生態客戶人工智能業務佈局帶來的需求增量。
