悦心健康(002162.SZ):取得金融機構股票回購專項貸款承諾函
格隆匯4月11日丨悦心健康(002162.SZ)公佈,公司近日收到中國工商銀行股份有限公司上海市分行出具的《承諾函》,同意為公司提供本次回購公司股份專項貸款融資支持。主要內容如下:1、貸款銀行:中國工商銀行股份有限公司上海市分行;2、貸款額度:最高人民幣900萬元且不超過回購公吿中公司回購金額的90%;3、貸款期限:3年;4、貸款用途:專項用於回購公司股票;5、承諾函有效期:截止到與中國工商銀行股份有限公司上海市分行簽署融資合同之日起失效。
