香港中華煤氣(00003.HK)供應綠色甲醇予Golden Island 拓展新加坡船用燃料加註供應網絡
香港中華煤氣作爲具國際可持續發展與碳認證(ISCC)綠色甲醇的領先供應商，公佈將向新加坡船用燃料供應商Golden Island Pte Ltd(Golden Island)供應香港中華煤氣的綠色甲醇，應用於其新加坡燃料加註業務。這標誌着香港中華煤氣拓展亞洲地區綠色甲醇供應網絡的重要一步。
根據有關供應協議，香港中華煤氣將向Golden Island最近於新加坡註冊的燃料供應船"Golden Antares號"，供應獲ISCC EU及ISCC PLUS雙重國際認證的綠色甲醇。該船預計於4月下旬由中國船廠交付，在裝載由香港中華煤氣生產的綠色甲醇後，將於2025年7月返回新加坡並展開綠色甲醇燃料加註試運行。
香港中華煤氣是中國內地首間生產獲ISCC EU及ISCC PLUS雙認證綠色甲醇的企業。其位於內蒙古鄂爾多斯的甲醇生產廠房預計2025年年底年產能將達至15萬噸。
"Golden Antares號"配備質量流量計，可運載多達6,500噸甲醇。該艘貨船將運載一批綠色甲醇到新加坡一個碼頭，之後按新加坡最新頒佈的《甲醇燃料加註技術參考標準129》(TR 129)進行加註。TR 129爲如何安全、高效地使用甲醇這種船用替代燃料，建立了完備的參考框架。
對於是次採購交易協議，香港中華煤氣營運總裁—綠色燃料及化工岑文輝表示："我們高興看到公司的綠色甲醇業務在亞洲區市場取得重要進展。全球客戶對獲認證綠色甲醇的需求持續增長，足證我們在可持續燃料的戰略投資是正確的。爲Golden Island等客戶供應綠色甲醇，正好與我們致力支持航運業低碳轉型、開發低碳解決方案的信念契合。隨着與佛燃能源集團新簽署的合作協議，我們將很快擴大產能以服務包括香港、廣州及深圳在內的華南及大灣區主要港口，鞏固香港中華煤氣作爲亞洲航運領域領先的綠色甲醇供應商地位。"
Golden Island船用燃料部總經理山野智弘指出：" ‘Golden Antares號’將先裝載由香港中華煤氣供應獲ISCC EU及ISCC PLUS認證的綠色甲醇，然後返抵新加坡進行加註試運行。是次採購交易協議可確保Golden Island綠色甲醇船用燃料供應，並較使用傳統超低硫燃料油(VLSFO)減少逾75%的碳強度。"
香港中華煤氣位於內蒙古鄂爾多斯的甲醇生產廠房採用自主研發技術，將生物質及都市廢物轉化爲綠色甲醇，是中國內地首間生產獲ISCC EU及ISCC PLUS雙認證綠色甲醇的企業。該生產廠房現時年產能爲10萬噸，預計2025年年底將提升至15萬噸。
此外，香港中華煤氣與佛燃能源集團股份有限公司簽署《綠色燃料及化工項目合作框架協議》，雙方計劃融資100億元人民幣，於中國境內建設多個綠色甲醇生產廠，目標年產能達100萬噸。其中，佛山生產廠預計於2028年首階段年產能將達20萬噸。
2025年1月，香港中華煤氣亦與新加坡環球能源貿易有限公司簽署合作備忘錄，共同拓展綠色甲醇船用燃料的供應和分銷業務。未來，香港中華煤氣將持續透過多元戰略合作與供應協議擴展綠色甲醇業務版圖，助力業界實現碳中和。
