大行評級|瑞銀:下調港交所目標價至320港元 預計第一季度税後淨利按年增27%
瑞銀髮表研究報吿指,將港交所的目標價從351.8港元下調9%至320港元,評級為“中性”。港交所將於4月30日公佈2025年第一季業績,該行預計季度税後淨利及收入將按年增27%及28%,預計淨投資收入(NII)將按年減14%及按季減3%至11.6億港元。
考慮年初至今的市場活動和避險情緒升温後,該行將2025/26財年的日均成交額分別上調9%及下調5%至1590億及1420億港元,低於市場預期。該行指,美國減息預期升温將對HIBOR驅動的NII造成重大阻力,因此將2025/26財年NII分別下調10%及19%至46億及38億港元,2025/26財年每股盈利分別上調1%及下調6%至10.2港元及9.3港元。
