赤峯黃金(600988.SH)：H股發行穩定價格行動及穩定價格期結束
格隆匯4月7日丨赤峯黃金(600988.SH)公佈，本次發行有關全球發售的穩定價格期已於2025年4月4日（星期五）（即遞交香港公開發售申請截止日期後第30日）結束。穩定價格操作人中信里昂證券有限公司或其聯屬人士或代其行事的任何人士於穩定價格期內採取的穩定價格行動如下：
1、國際發售中超額分配合計30,847,800股H股，相當於任何超額配股權獲行使前全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的約15%；
2、於穩定價格期內在市場上以每股H股12.80港元至13.72港元的價格（不包括1%經紀傭金、0.0027%香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會交易徵費、0.00015%香港會計及財務彙報局交易徵費及0.00565%香港聯交所交易費）連續購入合計14,496,400股H股（相當於任何超額配股權獲行使前全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的約7.05%）。穩定價格操作人或其聯屬人士或代其行事的任何人士於穩定價格期內在市場上進行的最後一次購買日期爲2025年3月13日（星期四），價格爲每股13.72港元（不包括1%經紀傭金、0.0027%香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會交易徵費、0.00015%香港會計及財務彙報局交易徵費及0.00565%香港聯交所交易費）；
3、於穩定價格期內在市場上以每股H股15.00港元至17.48港元的價格（不包括1%經紀傭金、0.0027%香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會交易徵費、0.00015%香港會計及財務彙報局交易徵費及0.00565%香港聯交所交易費）連續出售合計14,496,400股H股。穩定價格操作人或代其行事的任何人士於穩定價格期內在市場上進行的最後一次出售日期爲2025年4月3日（星期四），價格爲每股17.20港元（不包括1%經紀傭金、0.0027%香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會交易徵費、0.00015%香港會計及財務彙報局交易徵費及0.00565%香港聯交所交易費）；
4、整體協調人（爲其本身及代表國際承銷商）於2025年4月4日（星期五）就合計30,847,800股H股（相當於任何超額配股權獲行使前全球發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的約15%）按每股13.72港元的價格悉數行使超額配股權，以便於向已同意延遲交付其根據全球發售認購的相關發售股份的承配人交付部分H股。
