鴻日達(301285.SZ)：2024年度預虧700萬元-900萬元
格隆匯4月3日丨鴻日達(301285.SZ)公佈2024年度業績預告，2024年度公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損700萬元-900萬元，上年同期盈利3099.81萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤虧損930萬元-1150萬元，上年同期盈利1704.10萬元。
受益於行業復甦、訂單增加，本報告期內公司營業收入實現同比增長，但淨利潤出現虧損，主要受以下因素影響：1、報告期內，公司因股權激勵計劃而預計確認股份支付費用大幅增加。
2、爲拓展新的業務發展機會，公司引入專業團隊、持續加大在半導體封裝級散熱片及3D打印設備等新領域的產品開發力度，使得報告期內管理費用及研發費用較上年同期增長較快，影響了公司的利潤水平。
3、報告期內，公司原材料採購成本有所上升，主要原材料金鹽的採購價格同比漲幅較大。
4、2024年6月，鴻日達全資子公司新加坡鴻譽科技有限公司與羲和香港有限公司聯合收購一家越南光伏企業“SUNVIET SOLAR TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD”。收購完成後，該越南企業更名爲“鴻譽光伏越南有限公司”，其中新加坡鴻譽持股71.5%，羲和香港持股28.5%。該越南公司提供的審計報告顯示：2024年6月30日(收購交易基準日)其淨資產約爲1126億越南盾，摺合人民幣約3214萬元。新加坡鴻譽出資人民幣479.05萬元獲得該越南公司71.5%股權，應佔越南公司淨資產約爲人民幣2298萬元，因此公司認爲該交易將形成約1819萬元的負商譽。
5、報告期內存在一筆財政補貼收入990萬元，對應稅後收入爲841.5萬元。公司認爲該收入應該歸屬於2024年的收入範疇。
因此，基於對上述第4項與第5項的營業外收入的判定，公司財務部門初步測算2024年公司將實現盈利，且淨利潤水平未達到需要預披露的標準，故公司沒有在2025年1月進行相關的業績預告。
