格隆匯3月28日丨上海電氣(02727.HK)發佈公吿,公司於2025年3月28日召開了公司董事會五屆一百零八次會議,會議審議通過了《關於使用暫時閒置資金進行有價證券投資暨關聯交易的議案》,同意公司使用暫時閒置資金投資建元信託股份有限公司發行的R3及以下風險的固定收益類信託計劃,投資金額為單日最高餘額不超過人民幣20億元(含收益金額,在該額度內可循環使用),投資期限自2025年4月1日起至2026年3月31日止。
