四方達(300179.SZ):擬推第六期員工持股計劃
格隆匯3月27日丨四方達(300179.SZ)公佈第六期員工持股計劃(草案),本次員工持股計劃將以5.375元/股受讓公司前期回購的股份並持有,本員工持股計劃以份額爲持有單位,每1份額對應1股標的股票,本員工持股計劃持有的份額爲不超過394,100份,共計394,100股,佔本員工持股計劃公告時公司總股本的0.0811%,最終認購份額以實際繳款情況爲準。
本次員工持股計劃的參加對象爲與公司簽署勞動或聘任合同的部分董事、監事、高級管理人員、公司及子公司核心骨幹不超過56人,參加本員工持股計劃的最終員工人數以實際繳款情況爲準。
本次員工持股計劃的存續期爲60個月,自首次授予份額的最後一筆標的股票過戶至本次員工持股計劃名下之日起算。
