格隆匯3月26日丨辰興發展(02286.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年12月31日止年度集團已簽約銷售額約人民幣217.9百萬元,相應的已簽約建築面積約33,070平方米,較去年同期分別減少約56.3%及減少約48.3%。
報吿期內集團的收入約人民幣1,198.6百萬元,其中來自物業開發的收入約人民幣1,197.3百萬元;報吿期內集團的淨虧損約人民幣130.4百萬元,其中公司權益持有人持有應占淨虧損約人民幣162.2百萬元。
於報吿期末,集團土地儲備的總建築面積達到約2,173,365平方米及土地儲備的平均成本每平方米約人民幣875.6元;報吿期內集團的已簽約平均售價每平方米約人民幣6,589.1元。
