格隆匯3月25日丨恒安國際(01044.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2024年12月31日止年度,公司收入為人民幣226.69億元,同比減少4.6%;經營利潤為人民幣33.55億元,同比減少15.7%;公司權益持有人應占利潤為人民幣22.99億元,同比減少17.9%,基本每股盈利為人民幣2.015元,擬派末期息每股人民幣0.70元。
集團緊握線上線下融合消費模式所帶來的機遇,持續加大力度發展電商業務及新零售市場,除了於傳統大型電商平台推廣品牌,亦加強滲透其他新興渠道。年內,集團的電商及新零售銷售(包括零售通及新通路)佔比進一步上升至接近約34.1%(2023年:30.1%),銷售收入同比增長約8.0%。另外,集團於年內亦持續促進傳統渠道的銷售及發展其新的增長點,全渠道銷售策略穩步推進。同時,集團積極洞察消費者對高品質衞生用品及個性化體驗的需求,研發新技術升級產品,提速發展高端產品並優化產品組合,提升品牌形象,為長遠發展注入新動力。這包括高端紙尿褲「Q•MO」系列、衞生巾系列「萌睡褲」及高端品牌「天山絨棉」等,於年內持續深受消費者青睞,保持強勁的銷售勢頭,各重點產品銷售也實現同比超過10.0%的增長,並持續提高其在銷售額中的佔比,同時提升品牌形象及產品口碑。
回顧年內,縱使高端高毛利產品銷售佔比穩步提升,以及衞生巾石化原材料成本得以節省,紙巾原材料木漿價格於第二季上升的滯後效應,導致集團第三季原材料木漿庫存成本上升,再加上促銷費用於年內大幅增加超過10.0%,集團毛利受壓。2024年,集團整體毛利下跌約8.6%至約人民幣73.25億元,毛利率則下跌至約32.3%。預期2025年,集團將審慎投放促銷資源,而高端高毛利產品預期將持續錄得顯著增長,預期在原材料價格保持平穩下,集團毛利將維持穩定。
