興業控股(00132.HK):預計2024年度盈利約港幣1.24億元
格隆匯3月20日丨興業控股(00132.HK)發佈公告,預計集團截至2024年12月31日止年度盈利減少至約港幣1.24億元,相比2023年度的盈利爲港幣1.56億元。2024年度的盈利減少主要由於終止經營業務盈利大幅減少約港幣1.38億元、應佔聯營公司盈利減少約港幣1106.5萬元及所得稅開支增加約港幣1481萬元所致,儘管按公允價值計量及將其變動計入損益的金融資產公允價值虧損減少約港幣8613萬元及年內租賃利息支出減少至約港幣4282.6萬元。
