億華通(02402.HK):暫不召開股東大會審議發行股份購買資產並募集配套資金事項
格隆匯3月13日丨億華通(02402.HK)發佈公告,公司擬通過發行股份方式購買定州旭陽氫能有限公司(以下簡稱“旭陽氫能”或“標的公司”)100%的股權並募集配套資金(以下簡稱“本次交易”),本次交易完成後,旭陽氫能將成爲公司的全資子公司。
根據相關規定,基於本次交易的總體工作安排,針對本次交易,公司董事會決定暫不召開股東大會,並將根據相關工作進度擇期另行發佈召開股東大會的通知,提請股東大會審議本次交易相關的事項。
