中渝置地(01224.HK)預計2024年度淨虧損約6.5億港元 同期虧損19億港元
格隆匯3月11日丨中渝置地(01224.HK)公佈,集團預期於截至2024年12月31日止年度將錄得約6.50億港元的股東應占虧損,相比去年同期錄得19億港元的虧損。
年度虧損減少主要是由於在2024年12月31日對集團位於英國的投資物業進行重估時產生約3.09億港元的公平值收益(相比去年同期則錄得20億港元的公平值虧損)所致,而部分已被集團合資企業投資因應其物業銷售收入減少及物業組合的減值虧損引致貢獻減少所抵銷。
