一汽解放(000800.SZ):子公司土地房屋等資產被徵收
格隆匯3月7日丨一汽解放(000800.SZ)公佈,根據成都市環城生態區建設需要,成都市新都區人民政府三河街道辦事處擬對一汽解放集團股份有限公司所屬全資子公司一汽解放汽車有限公司(簡稱“解放有限”)位於成都市新都區的相關房屋、土地及附着設施實施徵收拆遷。為保障本次徵遷項目的順利實施,根據國家有關征收政策,經雙方協商,解放有限擬與成都市新都區人民政府三河街道辦事處簽訂《環城生態區建設項目拆遷補償協議書》,本次徵收事項共獲得補償款總額為人民幣2.15億元。
