爲構建智能化疫苗研發體系，集團將藉助DeepSeek大模型，通過發現、設計、製造等流程，獲得更優質的候選疫苗。整合不同生物信息數據庫的多源異構數據，通過融合預訓練蛋白質語言模型與圖神經網絡架構，預期可實現抗原靶點智能篩選與保守區域動態分析。同時，通過接入實時變異監測數據流，利用長短期記憶網絡預測病原體未來變異方向，動態分析保守區域並預測廣譜抗原表位。集團還將利用DeepSeek結合生成式模型與深度學習技術以優化mRNA疫苗序列設計和穩定性。通過預測mRNA二級結構，根據宿主細胞的基因表達密碼子偏好特性，智能設計高效的元件組合，提高mRNA的穩定性和翻譯效率，生成最優序列。此外，集團正在探索利用DeepSeek的AI框架優化工藝參數，以提升抗原產量和質量。
在本集團臨牀方面，全面部署DeepSeekR1版本與臨牀試驗管理系統、EDC(電子數據採集系統)、中央隨機系統、藥物警戒系統和實驗室管理系統的全面對接，驅動疫苗臨牀試驗從數據採集、分析到決策的全鏈路實現智能化，縮短臨牀試驗週期，同時提升數據準確性與合規性，使得研究人員能夠更加專注於臨牀項目的推進、質量評估、倫理判斷以及人本關懷等核心領域，爲疫苗快速上市提供技術支撐。在降低成本的同時，大幅度提高臨牀研究的效率和質量。
