國富創新(00290.HK)與誇密量子簽訂戰略合作協議 在量子科學領域進行深度合作
格隆匯2月25日丨國富創新(00290.HK)宣佈，於2025年2月21日，公司與杭州舜時科技有限公司(其經營主體爲南京誇密量子科技有限公司，"誇密量子")簽訂戰略合作協議。據此，公司將與誇密量子在包括但不限於量子科學技術研發與創新、產業生態構建、人才培養與交流等多個領域進行深度合作。
據悉，誇密量子爲一家專注於量子計算技術服務、科技推廣和應用服務以及軟件開發的高科技企業。公司核心人物張文卓，不僅在量子物理領域擁有卓越的學術成就，更具備豐富的實踐經驗。張文卓畢業於中國科學院量子光學重點實驗室，建設了世界第一個星載冷原子鐘的物理樣機，並先後在中國科學院物理研究所和丹麥奧爾胡斯大學國家量子中心進行博士後研究，從事超冷原子量子計算工作。張文卓曾經在中國科學技術大學「墨子號」量子科學實驗衛星團隊擔任副研究員，於此期間，他深入參與了量子通信技術的研發與應用。張文卓在量子科技領域的深厚學術背景與研究經驗，爲誇密量子的發展奠定了堅實的基礎。
董事會認爲，憑藉誇密量子在量子科技領域的深厚積累以及張文卓深厚的學術背景與研究經驗，集團將能夠進一步推進向量子科技領域轉型的戰略，與誇密量子共同推動量子技術的創新與應用。在技術研發與創新領域，雙方將致力於共同投入資源進行量子科學領域的核心技術的突破與創新，包括但不限於量子隨機數網路和雲服務、基於量子隨機數的區塊鏈共識技術以及量子加密Web 3.0安全帳戶等。與此同時，雙方亦將攜手構建量子科技產業生態，通過資源整合與優勢互補，推動量子科技產業的快速發展。公司將利用自身在金融科創領域的行業優勢、投融資方面的經驗積累，爲誇密量子提供資本運作、市場拓展等方面的支持。此外，雙方將加強量子科學領域的人才培養與交流合作，促進學術界與產業界的深度融合，爲量子科學的發展注入新的活力。
