電訊盈科(00008.HK)2024年度公司股權持有人應佔虧損大幅收窄至3億港元 擬派末期息每股28.48港分
格隆匯2月21日丨電訊盈科(00008.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司整體業務表現堅穩，收益增加3%至375.57億港元，而EBITDA達128.49億港元。年度公司股權持有人應佔虧損大幅收窄至3億港元，擬派末期股息爲每股普通股28.48港分，合計全年股息爲每股普通股38.25港分。
報告期內，香港電訊收益(未計流動通訊產品銷售)增加2%至320.31億港元；OTT業務收益達24.58億港元；免費電視及相關業務收益上升11%至10.57億港元。
區內領先的視像串流平臺
Viu 在東南亞、中東和南非的 16 個市場提供服務，是區內領先的亞洲視像串流平臺。年內，Viu 新增220 萬名付費訂購用戶，總數達 1,550 萬名 ，其中印尼、馬來西亞及泰國的增長尤爲強勁。我們與Grab、Trip.com 及 Zalora 等數碼經濟公司建立新的合作夥伴關係，以及在特定市場推出 Premium+訂購用戶級別，亦有助推動年內訂購收益增長百分之十五 。
Viu 用戶可以觀賞各種類型及語言的優質內容。憑藉不斷增長的訂購用戶基礎和大量選用免費服務的活躍用戶，Viu 能夠快速準確地識別最能引起觀衆共鳴的節目類型和主題。Viu 在年內提供更多中文劇集，播放的節目數量增加了百分之五十二，節目時長則增加了百分之十七 ，以滿足日益增長的需求。我們亦把同步播映中文劇集的數量增加了百分之五十，讓觀衆能夠儘快觀看喜愛的中文劇集。
年內，Viu 與衆多廣告商合作，將其產品和服務融入度身訂造的節目內容中，吸引了不少本地及區域贊助。此外，爲增加廣告庫存和廣告費，Viu於 2024年爲聯網電視用戶推出廣告點播("AVOD")模式，從而帶動平臺廣告收益在年內增長了百分之十七 。
藝人管理及活動業務增長顯著
我們不斷擴展的媒體生態圈甚具吸引力，旗下藝人已增加至近 70 位。年內，我們成功爲部分藝人在香港舉辦 31 場演唱會，門票全數售罄。此外，我們持續將他們的影響力拓展至新市場，爲他們提供更多不同形式的演出機會，包括劇集、廣告、電影、音樂及活動。我們旗下藝人因而在全年榮獲多項本地及國際機構的殊榮。
廣播業務方面，ViuTV 憑藉充滿活力的品牌形象以及新穎而具吸引力的內容，獲較多相對年輕的觀衆垂青。ViuTV 對這些觀衆的強大吸引力，使其成爲一個理想宣傳平臺，支援一衆針對此觀衆羣的廣告商和公共服務供應商。透過運用本集團的豐富資源，ViuTV 憑藉獨特優勢提供全面而有效的宣傳及市場推廣服務，包括製作、媒體(廣播及數碼)、活動管理及藝人代言等，並與我們廣泛覆蓋電視、數碼及印刷媒體的分銷平臺相輔相成
