正邦科技(002157.SZ):擬與關聯方簽訂租賃框架協議
格隆匯2月17日丨正邦科技(002157.SZ)公佈,爲提高閒置資產盤活效率、降低成本、改善盈利能力,公司擬與控股股東關聯方江西雙胞胎農牧發展有限公司(以下簡稱“雙胞胎農牧”)簽訂《租賃框架協議》,將公司及子公司部分閒置飼料廠、豬場按照市場價格租賃給雙胞胎農牧及其子公司運營。一方面公司可以獲得租金收入衝抵折舊及利息等,降低閒置折舊攤銷對全成本的影響,助力上市公司利潤修復;另一方面有利於公司加快資產盤活,降低閒置資產比例。
