昊天國際建投(01341.HK)與利通電子訂立戰略合作框架協議 拓展AI算力資源及5G大數據相關業務
格隆匯2月7日丨昊天國際建投(01341.HK)宣佈，於2025年2月7日，公司與江蘇利通電子股份有限公司("利通電子")訂立一份無法律約束力的戰略合作框架協議，內容有關人工智能("AI")算力領域相關業務的可能戰略合作。
雙方擬成立合資公司，業務包括但不限於在東南亞發展AI算力資源及5G大數據相關業務，其中包括但不限於算力業務及相關技術諮詢、業務規劃、物流、貿易等業務。同時亦包括於馬來西亞及╱或新加坡建立國際先進AIDC。其中使用公司於馬來西亞Port Dickson(森美蘭州波德申)之土地資源作數據中心及建設為AIDC營運基地。利通電子負責投入相關配置及軟硬體，並提供專業開發、技術及營運團隊。在這基礎上，公司及利通電子擬合作運營維護管理該處AIDC，並在以下領域開展業務：
(a)AI算力租賃：通過購置先進算力服務器，共同打造算力平台，構建優化算力池資源，提供高性能的算力服務，滿足國際AI企業的需求。
(b)AI數據賦能服務：通過對AI領域的數據進行收集整理，通過算法模型、AI智能分析系統對終端用户數據提供高性能計算，以達成快速為終端用户提供智能智駕、生命科技、具身智能等應用領域的科學建議。
(c)研發與商業合作：聯合成立研發小組，聚焦AI算法優化、算力技術升級等，推動產品創新。同時，共享市場渠道，聯合營銷算力及AI解決方案，拓展雙方在該領域的市場份額，並藉助數據技術資源的支持及其各種算法的數學模型，以推動數據應用，從而進一步開展數據管理、數字模式搭建等多領域的戰略合作。
在過去一年來，AI領域由大語言模型到多模態模型，再到具身智能深層次發展。DeepSeek開源模型實現了突破式發展，其訓練和推理成本的大幅下降，不僅降低了大模型的應用門檻，也為用户提供更便捷的接入方式，從而有力推動AI的商業化進程。這一趨勢還在加速推動數據中心從網絡數據中心("IDC")向AI數據中心("AIDC")演進，為行業發展帶來新的機遇。集團積極尋求AI領域具備潛質的投資機會，以期多元化及提升其資產組合、擴大其收入來源及加速集團整體的進一步增長。戰略合作如得以實現，將有助於集團的業務發展。
