港股異動丨遠洋集團大升25%,債務重組計劃獲倫敦高院批准
遠洋集團(3377.HK)高開高走,盤初拉昇升25%報0.275港元。消息面上,倫敦高等法院批准了遠洋集團約60億美元的債務重組計劃。自2021年中國房地產行業爆發債務危機以來,其他開發商出現違約,遠洋集團正試圖在倫敦和香港同時進行海外債務重組。遠洋集團請求高等法院批准其計劃,但債權人Long Corridor反對,認為該計劃對其他債權人不公平。法官Nicholas Thompsell在書面裁決中表示,他將批准倫敦的重組計劃。(格隆匯)
