均勝電子(600699.SH):擬以債轉股方式向控股子公司增資約1.95億美元
格隆匯1月16日丨均勝電子(600699.SH)公佈,近年來,隨着公司採取的一系列穩增長、提效率、控成本、降費用等措施逐步取得成效,公司汽車安全業務經營業績得到大幅改善,主營業務盈利能力持續增強,同時,在新業務拓展策略的實施推動下,汽車安全業務不斷優化訂單結構和質量並持續保持強勁的新訂單獲取勢頭,預計其盈利能力將持續提升。基於上述情況,為進一步優化公司汽車安全業務主體JASH的資本結構,降低其資產負債率,促進JASH的長遠穩健發展,公司擬以債轉股的方式向控股子公司JASH增資約1.95億美元(以下簡稱“本次增資”),新增直接持股JASH比例約為6.79%。JASH其餘股東均放棄同比例增資。本次增資完成後,公司將進一步提升對汽車安全業務的最終持股比例,在增強公司對汽車安全業務控制權的同時,進一步提高對控股子公司的利潤分配比例,有助於進一步提高公司盈利水平。
