津投城開(600322.SH):收到法院協助執行通知書
格隆匯12月17日丨津投城開(600322.SH)公佈,公司於2024年12月16日收到天津市第一中級人民法院(以下簡稱:“天津一中院”)的《協助執行通知書》【(2023)津01執恢145號】,要求公司協助執行。協助執行主要內容:
(一)凍結被執行人天津房地產集團有限公司對天津津投城市開發股份有限公司(原“天津市房地產發展(集團)股份有限公司”)的到期債權213,650,770元。(二)凍結期限為三年,自2024年12月13日至2027年12月12日。
