Goldman Sachs analyst Mark Delaney raised Tesla's target price from $250 to $345, an increase of 38%, while maintaining a neutral rating. Although this target price is still below Tesla's closing price on Tuesday, Delaney believes that advancements in autonomous driving and robotics technology will positively impact the stock price. He noted that Tesla is leading in the electric vehicle and clean transportation sectors, but may face challenges in demand and pricing pressures in its core automotive business.
Morgan Stanley also raised its target price from $310 to $400, while Cantor Fitzgerald significantly increased its target to $365. Analysts believe that strong sales momentum will help Tesla set new records in China.
Bank of America analyst John Murph, after conducting an on-site visit, raised his target price by 14.3% to $400 and expressed optimism about Tesla's long-term growth prospects. Craig Irwin also upgraded his rating from neutral to buy last week, increasing the target price from $85 to $380, noting that the current trend is positive.
