格隆匯11月29日丨FUTURE BRIGHT(00703.HK)發佈公吿,2024年11月29日,公司(作為借款人)與恒生銀行有限公司澳門分行(“貸款人”)訂立兩份融資函件,據此,公司獲授本金總額約1.29港元的融資,年期為60個月,由提取日期起3個月後計算。融資旨在就公司與貸款人的現有銀行融資進行再融資,該等融資於2024年10月31日的未償還總額約為1.06億港元,分別須於2025年10月及2025年12月償還。
