政策利好遇上 “黑五” 狂歡，跨境電商板塊掀升停潮，後市行情可期？
11月22日，A股跨境電商板塊上午一度大升，期間十餘股升停，但接近尾盤時，板塊突發跳水。
截止發稿，華光源海、太湖雪30CM升停，貝仕達克、凱淳股份升超17%，跨境通、南極電商、佛塑科技、實豐文化等升停。
政策利好來襲
近期，商務部在促進外貿穩定增長方面持續發力。
11月21日，商務部印發《關於促進外貿穩定增長的若干政策措施》，提出優化跨境貿易結算、促進跨境電商發展、吸引和便利商務人員跨境往來等九條措施，旨在進一步穩固外貿增長態勢。
其中，促進跨境電商發展成為關鍵着力點，《措施》不僅提出將持續推進海外智慧物流平台建設，支持有條件的地方搭建跨境電商服務平台，為企業對接海外法務、税務資源等對接服務。還在金融支持層面明確中國進出口銀行需加強外貿信貸投放，鼓勵銀行機構優化對外貿企業的金融服務，特別是加大對中小微外貿企業的融資扶持力度，以適應不同類型企業的融資需求，為跨境電商行業的穩健發展提供了堅實的政策保障。
在今日召開的國務院政策例行吹風會上，商務部國際貿易談判代表兼副部長王受文進一步強調跨境電商在國際貿易中的重要地位。
同時針對“小包裹”優惠待遇取消一事，王受文表示這並不會削弱跨境電商的競爭力，並重申將持續加大工作力度推動跨境電商行業的發展。
“黑色星期五”促銷火熱進行中
近年來，隨着物流、支付軟件技術等服務生態體系的不斷完善，中國跨境電商行業迎來高速發展黃金期。
據海關測算數據顯示，2023年我國跨境電商進出口總額達2.38萬億元，同比增長15.6%，而在2024年前三季度，跨境電商進出口增長11.5%，佔中國外貿比重近6%。
當前，海外“黑色星期五”購物季促銷已盛大開啟，這對於跨境電商行業來説是一個重要的銷售節點。各大主流跨境電商平台紛紛摩拳擦掌，推出形式多樣的促銷活動。
其中，亞馬遜平台宣佈其“黑五”促銷活動將於11月29日至12月3日進行，美國站、加拿大站、新加坡站等已提前開啟大促預熱；TikTok Shop已於11月14日率先開啟“黑五”活動，速賣通也在“黑五”前增設海外“雙11”活動，充分挖掘市場消費潛力。
展望未來，從長期發展趨勢來看，國信證券分析認為，跨境電商出口整體景氣度依舊較高。2024年前三季度，中國跨境電商出口增長15.2%，且隨着海外電商滲透率提升、中國供應鏈能力進一步優化，長期仍是中國消費企業拓張發展重要方向。而在全球貿易環境、關税壁壘的不確定性下，龍頭企業相對優勢更為顯著，通過精細化的運營佈局，提升抗風險能力，有望在行業錘鍊中獲取更高的市場份額。
東興證券同樣持樂觀態度，指出在通脹延續以及經濟增速放緩預期下，消費者的消費會持續注重性價比，且全球消費線上化趨勢仍將持續，利好跨境電商模式下的優質國貨出海。我國對跨境電商行業持續從貿易、金融、税收等多方面給予較多政策支持，助力行業長期發展。
