步長製藥(603858.SH)：擬出資共計1113萬元設立六家控股子公司
格隆匯11月22日丨步長製藥(603858.SH)公佈，公司為完善戰略發展佈局，在細分管理的基礎上獲取市場競爭優勢，促進業務發展，擬出資共計1,113萬元對外投資設立六家控股子公司，分別為山東步長傳方藥業有限公司、步長聯創商貿有限公司、步長鼎鑫商貿有限公司、步長脈利通商貿有限公司、步長眾福壽藥業有限公司、山東步長瑞豐科技有限公司（以工商登記註冊為準）。
為了推動公司與各方的利益形成共贏局面，為公司及股東創造最大價值，根據《山東步長製藥股份有限公司股權投資項目跟隨投資管理辦法》的相關規定，相關人員擬對本次投資進行跟投。
投資金額：1、山東步長傳方藥業有限公司：註冊資本300萬元，其中公司出資282萬元，持股比例94%；趙路出資9萬元，持股比例3%；黃小華出資9萬元，持股比例3%。2、步長聯創商貿有限公司：註冊資本100萬元，其中公司出資92萬元，持股比例92%；房克瑞出資4萬元，持股比例4%；鄭鐵成出資3萬元，持股比例3%；楊洪軍出資1萬元，持股比例1%。3、步長鼎鑫商貿有限公司：註冊資本100萬元，其中公司出資93萬元，持股比例93%；房克瑞出資4萬元，持股比例4%；周彥豐出資3萬元，持股比例3%。4、步長脈利通商貿有限公司：註冊資本100萬元，其中公司出資93萬元，持股比例93%；房克瑞出資4萬元，持股比例4%；張闖出資3萬元，持股比例3%。5、步長眾福壽藥業有限公司：註冊資本100萬元，其中公司出資93萬元，持股比例93%；房克瑞出資4萬元，持股比例4%；曲臣出資3萬元，持股比例3%。6、山東步長瑞豐科技有限公司：註冊資本500萬元，其中公司出資460萬元，持股比例92%；房克瑞出資20萬元，持股比例4%；鄭鐵成出資5萬元，持股比例1%；武金煥出資15萬元，持股比例3%。
