港股午評:午前拉昇!恒指大升1.57%,稀土概念股飆升,科技股、金融股齊升

格隆匯11月1日丨港股三大指數臨近午盤快速拉昇,恒指、國指分別上升1.57%及1.82%,恒生科技指數升0.79%,盤中曾幾度轉跌表現相對較弱。

盤面上,大型科技股普遍上升,騰訊升超4%,美團升3.89%,京東升近3%,小米升超2%,阿里巴巴、網易、快手皆上升超1%;緬甸停產封關或令稀土供給受限,稀土概念股升幅尤其搶眼,金力永磁飆升38%大幅領先,中國稀土大升近24%;止跌回穩態勢初現,10月核心城市二手房價格跌勢減緩,內房股表現活躍,以大金融股、海運股、高鐵基建股為首的中字頭股普遍活躍,中鋁國際、中遠海控、中國中鐵、工商銀行、中信證券等權重均上升。另一方面,半導體芯片股表現低迷,龍頭中芯國際跌1.66%,蘋果概念股、核電股、新能源汽車股部分下跌,理想汽車績後大跌7%。

板塊方面

緬甸稀土礦開採停滯,稀土股飆升。消息面上,緬甸當地稀土礦開採已停滯,邊境關閉,我國稀土原料進口受阻。據悉,緬甸是我國重要的稀土原料來源之一,今年1-9月,我國從緬甸進口3.1萬噸稀土氧化物,佔同期氧化物總進口量的74.9%。

內房股表現活躍,10月核心城市二手房價格跌勢減緩。中指研究院發文稱,根據中國房地產指數系統百城價格指數對全國100個城市新建、二手住宅銷售市場及50個城市租賃市場的調查數據,2024年10月,百城二手住宅平均價格為14360元/平方米,環比下跌0.60%,跌幅較9月收窄0.10個百分點;同比下跌7.27%。10月,核心城市二手房成交放量,業主議價空間縮小,百城二手住宅價格環比跌幅收窄。百城新建住宅平均價格為16532元/平方米,環比上升0.29%,同比上升2.08%。

蘋果概念股普跌,蘋果大中華區季度營收不及預期。蘋果公佈,截至9月28日止第四財季,營收949.3億美元,分析師預期943.6億美元,同比增長6%。第四財季大中華區營收150.3億美元,低於分析師預期的158億美元。 蘋果第四財季純利僅錄得147.3億美元,同比倒退35.8%,主要由於期內須支付一筆總額達102億美元的税務開支,涉及2016年公司在愛爾蘭的税務處理問題;期內經調整後每股盈利報1.64元,同比增長12%;整體營運開支報142.9億美元,少過分析員預期的143.5億美元。

個股方面

騰訊升超4%,天風證券預計盈利增長韌性相對明顯。天風證券報吿預計3Q2024 騰訊收入同比+8%,環比+4%。我們預計,三季度公司遊戲收入同比增長延續加速趨勢,廣吿收入增速略有回落但仍可維持韌性,金融科技及企業服務收入增速低位放緩。公司遊戲業務產品週期推動短期遊戲收入增長加速,視頻號廣吿加庫存或可支撐中期廣吿收入增長韌性,金融科技及企業服務業務收入增長有望隨宏觀環境逐步修復,公司高毛利率的增量業務奠定了中期毛利率持續提升基礎,疊加相對穩固的競爭格局下可維持謹慎的費用開支,盈利增長能力相對明顯。

香港寬頻盤中升超10%,上財年虧轉盈。消息面上,集團公佈,截至今年8月底止年度盈利1027.7萬港元,每股盈利0.8港仙,派末期息16.5港仙;去年同期虧損12.67億港元。另外,香港寬頻公佈,任命梁成琯為企業方案行政總裁。

發盈警,石藥集團跌超8%。公司昨晚發盈警,預計截至2024年9月30日止九個月公司擁有人應占溢利將較去年同期約人民幣4,494,641,000元的公司擁有人應占溢利減少約16%。
