多股升停！光伏再次領升大A，入場時機已到？
10月25日，光伏板塊大幅走強，截至上午10:50，光伏產業指數（931151.CSI）升超7.2%，成分股中TCL中環快速升停，大全能源、帝爾激光20cm升停，天合光能、邁為股份、協鑫集成、通威股份、愛旭股份、晶澳科技等多股升10%。
消息面上，高層近日寧夏、內蒙古調研時表示要面向更多應用場景，加大政策引導，用好建築物外立面特別是屋頂空間，進一步釋放光伏等新能源發展潛力。
此外，近期光伏等新能源板塊呈現反覆活躍態勢，背後的主要驅動來自於“反內卷”。“內卷”可以説是近年來侵蝕光伏企業利潤，同時也是導致光伏板塊行情低迷的重要原因。
近期對光伏產業供給側優化的政策頻出，之前政治局會議明確表示，防止“內卷式”惡性競爭，暢通落後低效產能退出渠道。日前中國光伏行業協會微信公眾號發佈了《光伏組件當前成本分析：低於成本投標中標涉嫌違法！》一文，呼籲製造企業切實按照2024年7月30日中共中央政治局會議“要強化行業自律，防止‘內卷式’惡性競爭”的要求，依法合規地參與市場競爭，不要進行低於成本的銷售與投標。後續隨着供給側政策的落地，無效內卷的行業競爭現狀將會改善，以促進行業健康有序發展。
在新能源“反內卷”有望促行業基本面築底的背景下，市場對光伏行業的信心增強，投資者紛紛進場。而經過前期深度回調，光伏板塊的悲觀情緒已得到充分消化，當前光伏板塊的估值目前已經低於18年底板塊估值水平，處於歷史低位，投資性價比盡顯，具備持續修復空間！欲佈局光伏板塊的場內投資者，可以持續關注光伏ETF（159857），該基金是截至發稿深市規模最大的光伏ETF基金。
