僑雄國際(00381.HK)澄清：媒體報道不實
格隆匯10月23日丨僑雄國際(00381.HK)公吿，董事會關注到智通財經發布了《16個交易日翻了近30倍，僑雄國際(00381)全靠兩個"經紀商"雄起？》關於指公司是一隻被操縱的小市值標的，通過兩個經紀商反覆操作股票，存在操縱股價的嫌疑的報導，並被其他媒體轉載。
經董事會作出一切合理查詢後所知、所悉及所信，董事會堅決否認媒體報導中包含的猜測，並認為它們不準確且具有誤導性。公司已經諮詢其法律顧問，將會作出進一步行動。公司向負責傳播誤導性及惡意陳述，惡意沽空從而獲益的有關實體及╱或相關個人及任何人，導致的如公司市值的損害或其他補償，保留採取法律行動權利。同時公司將會到警察局報案，追究相關懷疑惡意沽空行為的刑事責任。公司重申媒體報導中指控毫無理據，含有誤導性陳述、惡意及虛假指控及明顯事實錯誤。律師將會代表公司去信媒體，要求下架有關的虛假媒體報導。
董事會經作出在相關情況下有關公司的合理查詢後，董事會確認，其並不知悉導致價格或成交量波動的任何原因，或任何必須公佈以避免公司證券出現虛假市場的資料，又或根據《證券及期貨條例》第XIVA部須予披露的任何內幕消息。公司謹提醒公司股東及潛在投資者，關注公司於聯交所網站(http://www.hkexnews.hk/index.htm)的信息。
董事會明確表示，多年來積極發展公司現有業務，以及尋找有利公司的發展機遇。於2024年10月4日，公司委任李立中院士為執行董事兼聯席主席。李院士長期從事人工智慧、元宇宙、智聯網路、區塊鏈科學研究，這些領域的研究成果不僅推動了科技進步，而且為人類的生活帶來了巨大的改變。李院士的工作成果向世界展示了中國科學家的智慧和實力，也為中國在科技領域的發展做出了重要貢獻。
