南京高科(600064.SH)：1-9月實現合同銷售金額同比減少89.32%
格隆匯10月15日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈，2024年7-9月，公司房地產業務無新開工，無新竣工。2024年1-9月，公司房地產業務新開工面積5.16萬平方米，權益新開工面積3.72萬平方米；竣工面積6.17萬平方米，權益竣工面積4.93萬平方米。
2024年7-9月，公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積0.18萬平方米（均為商品房項目銷售），同比減少47.06%，實現權益合同銷售面積0.12萬平方米（均為商品房項目銷售），同比減少61.29%；實現合同銷售金額7,488.68萬元（均為商品住宅、車位等項目銷售），同比減少36.81%，實現權益合同銷售金額5,023.58萬元（均為商品住宅、車位等項目銷售），同比減少52.73%。
2024年1-9月，公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積0.45萬平方米（商品房項目0.41萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.04萬平方米），同比減少98.23%，實現權益合同銷售面積0.31萬平方米（商品房項目0.28萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.03萬平方米），同比減少98.51%；實現合同銷售金額19,795.37萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目19,655.83萬元、經濟適用房項目139.54萬元），同比減少89.32%，實現權益合同銷售金額13,888.05萬元（商品住宅、車位等項目13,776.42萬元、經濟適用房項目111.63萬元），同比減少91.39%。
2024年9月末，公司出租房地產總面積14.64萬平方米（商業綜合體2.60萬平方米、商業辦公樓2.58萬平方米、工業廠房9.46萬平方米）。2024年7-9月，公司房地產業務取得租金總收入1,791.95萬元（商業綜合體229.38萬元、商業辦公樓705.45萬元、工業廠房857.12萬元）。2024年1-9月，公司房地產業務取得租金總收入5,357.05萬元（商業綜合體714.63萬元、商業辦公樓2,096.43萬元、工業廠房2,545.99萬元）。上述商業綜合體出租面積及金額的公司權益佔比均為80%。
