國泰君安合併海通證券後,浙商證券“入主”國都證券再迎新進展
最近,券商合併重組的消息很熱。
先是9月5日深夜國泰君安、海通證券雙雙發公吿稱,國泰君安要吸收合併海通證券了,兩家公司均從9月6日開市起停牌。
隨後,在9月10日的業績説明會上,國泰君安董事長朱健在回答投資者提問時表示,本次重組旨在響應國家戰略、推動打造一流投資銀行,符合兩家公司的戰略發展方向,有助於雙方優勢互補,增強核心功能,提升金融服務實體經濟能級,為進一步優化上海市金融國資佈局、促進證券行業高質量發展貢獻力量。
國泰君安與海通證券合併後總資產和淨資產均將超越中信證券位列行業第一,也就是説A股即將迎來一家航母級券商!
這還沒完,近日浙商證券“入主”國都證券再迎新進展。據中國基金報,證監會發布了對國都證券變更主要股東申請反饋意見,主要包括七項內容,並要求國都證券在30個工作日內逐項落實下列問題並提供書面回覆和電子文檔。其中,多個反饋意見都涉及國都證券、浙商證券雙方。此外,證監會還要求浙商證券就未來兩家證券公司的私募子公司整合計劃的合規性進行論證。
事實上,今年以來在政策推動下,上市券商的併購重組活動明顯提速。除了國泰君安和海通證券、浙商證券和國都證券之外,國聯+民生、西部+國融、平安+方正、太平洋+華創、國信+萬和均已陸續進入併購階段。
目前我國市值超千億的券商並不多,“券商一哥”中信證券的A股總市值也不到三千億,而美國不乏摩根大通、富國銀行這樣總市值達到萬億級別的大投行。
國內券商合併對於提升我國證券業的全球競爭力、優化市場格局、增強資本實力以及減少無畏的價格競爭等方面具有重要意義。
受券商合併消息影響,近期A股券商板塊曾出現過一陣躁動,比如在9月6日,雖然國泰君安、海通證券停牌了,但國海證券、天風證券卻出現升停,中金公司、中國銀河、中信建投也紛紛跟升。
然而好景不長,剛經歷一天升停的國海證券,第二個交易日就高開低走了;天風證券則在收穫兩個升停板後開始下跌;而中金公司、中國銀河等券商股近幾天大都呈高開低走的趨勢。
更令大A投資者心酸的是,自2020年7月以來A股券商板塊整體呈下跌趨勢,許多買了券商類股票和基金的人都虧慘了!如今雖然迎來了券商合併的利好,但在大盤持續陰跌的背景下,想要靠這個帶起整個券商板塊騰飛似乎挺難。
