大行評級丨高盛:升東方甄選目標價至7.6港元 評級“沽售”
高盛發表研究報吿指,東方甄選(1797.HK)的2024財年業績好壞參半,對集團仍持審慎態度。另外,對於已單飛的主播董宇輝臨時額外獲派1.41億人民幣利潤,亦令市場對集團的企業管治存在疑慮。報吿提到,東方甄選2024財年GMV遜於高盛預期9%,惟收入符合預期。雖然集團本年至今在抖音上新增3至5個直播帳户,並計劃動用額外的開支來增加流量,又與新東方的學習中心合作,並允許消費者成為會員,但該行認為,這些措施仍不足以扭轉現有帳户GMV下降的趨勢,因此預計2025財年的GMV按年下降17%。該行下調集團2025至27財年的GMV預測8至9%,但上調收入預測1至9%。目標價由7.1港元調升至7.6港元,維持“沽售”評級。
