開盤升超130%，成電光信今日上市，收入依賴中航工業
格隆匯獲悉，8月29日，成電光信（920008.BJ）登陸北交所，上市首日高開130.1%；上午收盤上升121.80%；此次發行保薦機構為廣發證券股份有限公司。
成電光信本次發行價格10元/股，發行市盈率為14.82倍。公司本次公開發行數量為920萬股，網上發行量為736萬股。根據超額配售選擇權機制，廣發證券已向網上投資者超額配售138萬股，佔初始發行股份數量的15%，同時網上發行數量擴大至874萬股。本次發行戰略配售股份合計184萬股，佔初始發行規模的20%。
全額行使超額配售選擇權後本次發行募集資金總額為 1.058億元。
公司不存在控股股東，邱昆、解軍和付美三人已簽署一致行動協議，共同控制公司，為公司實際控制人，本次發行前三人共同持有46.53%的股份。
本次發行超額配售選擇權行使後三人持股比例為38.8%，發行前後實際控制人未發生變動。
邱昆為我國光通信領域的知名專家，曾任國家863計劃通信技術主題第三、四屆光纖通信專業專家組成員，在邱昆先生及電子科技大學的王繼岷、伍建彬等多名特種顯示領域技術專家帶領下，公司先後研發出FC網絡總線、LED球幕顯示系統等產品，填補了國內相關領域的空白。

成電光信主營業務為網絡總線產品和特種顯示產品的研發、生產及銷售，產品目前主要應用於國防軍工領域。
公司2021-2023年分別實現營業收入1.21億元、1.69億元、2.16億元，同比分別增長199.44%、39.43%、27.72%；實現歸母淨利潤0.21億元、0.34億元、0.45億元， 同比分別增長648.37%、61.09%、33.98%。最新報吿期，2024上半年公司實現營業收入1.45億元，同比增加89.86%，實現歸母淨利潤0.27億元，同比增加40.32%。

從業務結構來看，隨着 LED 球幕視景系統的批量供貨以及 FC 網絡數據通信卡的批產放量，公司特種顯示產品以及網絡總線產品收入均實現了快速提升，已形成特種顯示及網絡總線產品共同發展的格局。
從佔比來看，報吿期內，網絡總線產品佔比由31.06%上升至42.91%，特種顯示產品的營收佔比由65.36%降至54.98%。

本次募集資金主要用於“FC 網絡總線及 LED 球幕產業化項目”“總部大樓及研發中心項目”“補充流動資金”。
