BOSS直聘-W(02076.HK)公佈中期業績 淨利潤大幅增加92.5% 經調整經營利潤率創歷史新高
格隆匯8月28日丨BOSS直聘-W(02076.HK)發佈公吿，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，公司收入增加30.9%至人民幣36億元。該增加主要是由於企業端用户的增長。期間對企業客户的線上招聘服務收入為人民幣36億元，較上年同期的人民幣27億元增加31.0%。期間其他服務（主要包括向求職者提供的付費增值服務）收入為人民幣43.7百萬元，較上年同期的人民幣34.3百萬元增加27.4%。
公司的研發費用由上年同期的人民幣699.0百萬元增加30.4%至截至2024年6月30日止六個月的人民幣911.3百萬元，主要由於技術投入增加。淨利潤由上年同期的人民幣342.3百萬元增加92.5%至截至2024年6月30日止六個月的人民幣659.0百萬元。
於2024年上半年，公司延續了強勁的用户增長，進一步滲透到各種類型的求職者和企業端用户中，包括藍領、中小企業以及低線級城市用户，這些都是公司增長的亮點。截至2024年6月30日止六個月內，公司的平均月活躍用户達到了5,060萬，比截至2023年6月30日止六個月內的4,170萬增長了21.3%。截至2024年6月30日止的六個月內，公司的平均日活躍用户╱月活躍用户達到25.2%，與2023年同期持平，進一步鞏固了公司作為領先在線招聘平台的地位。
除了穩健的用户增長外，公司還專注於提供更高質量和針對性的產品和服務，以滿足各行業和不同規模企業端用户的多樣化招聘需求。在藍領方面，公司繼續投資於基礎設施、運營和風險評估，提供更適合不同細分行業藍領用户的產品。此外，考慮到藍領獨特的生態系統，公司於2024年2月收購了W.D Technology Investment Group Limited，以擴展和增強公司在藍領製造業的服務能力。
公司創始人、董事長兼首席執行官趙鵬先生表示：“第二季度公司的平均月活躍用户規模同比增長25.2%至5,460萬，進一步鞏固了我們作為中國最大的在線招聘平台的行業領先地位。儘管面臨外部的不確定性，持續的企業端用户滲透帶來的用户增長作為核心驅動力讓我們在第二季度實現了穩健的收入和利潤增長。同時，我們高度重視股東回報，已經開始並將持續加大股份回購力度，這也彰顯了在當前市場環境下我們對公司長期發展的信心”。
首席財務官張宇先生補充道：“本季度我們實現了健康、可持續的營收和利潤的增長。公司經調整經營利潤同比增長52.1%。本季度經調整經營利潤率創歷史新高，較去年同期上升5個百分點，這得益於公司領先的商業模式和有效的成本控制。與此同時，我們依然在技術研發方面持續投入，本季度研發費用佔收入比例達23.2%，繼續維持行業領先水平”。
