創維集團(00751.HK)公佈中期業績 淨利潤增長15.9% 全力推動“智能家電+光伏+儲能”聯合出海
格隆匯8月27日丨創維集團(00751.HK)發佈公吿，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，集團的整體營業額為人民幣30,153百萬元。本期內，面對環球市場多變及國內需求疲弱的難題，集團繼續深化強項，尋求突破，在逆境中迅速調整策略，透過降低營運成本和提升資源效率來提高整體營運效益。在當前宏觀經濟增勢不明顯的大環境下，集團仍能表現穩定，實現淨利潤人民幣714百萬元，較去年同期的人民幣616百萬元增長人民幣98百萬元或15.9%。集團本期毛利率為14.2%，較去年同期的13.0%上升1.2個百分點。
截至2024年6月30日止六個月，來自海外市場的營業額為人民幣7,520百萬元，佔集團總營業額的24.9%，較去年同期的人民幣7,208百萬元增長人民幣312百萬元或4.3%。本期間，國外經濟仍然受壓，同時俄烏戰爭局勢未見明朗，導致亞洲市場消費者購買力和消費慾望未見明顯提升。有見全球體育盛事於2024年相繼舉行，集團智能電器產品憑藉其高智能、人性化產品設計積極迎合運動賽事的熱潮，成功擴張歐洲及非洲市場業務版圖。
截至2024年6月30日止六個月，集團智能家電業務的營業額錄得人民幣15,600百萬元；較去年同期的人民幣14,164百萬元增長人民幣1,436百萬元或10.1%。集團智能電視系統產品在中國大陸市場的營業額錄得人民幣5,548百萬元；較去年同期的人民幣4,535百萬元增長人民幣1,013百萬元或22.3%。
截至2024年6月30日止六個月，現代服務業業務及其他業務在中國大陸市場的營業額錄得人民幣1,137百萬元，較去年同期的人民幣788百萬元增加人民幣349百萬元或44.3%。
近年來，創維精準研判前瞻趨勢，從電視領域擴展到智能家電、智能終端，再成功跨界進入新能源領域，走出了一條「從智能家電到雙碳生態」的特色之路。作為積極響應雙碳目標的光伏企業，創維新能源業務堅實地站在科技創新及綠色生活的前沿。集團也積極探索出海的機遇，結合中國在海外市場持續擴大的影響力，全力推動「智能家電+光伏+儲能」的聯合出海，發揮協同效應，加快建立和完善面向全球市場的生產經營管理體系和供應鏈管理體系。本年度，集團發佈了「源網荷儲一體化」戰略，決心將電源、電網、負荷、儲能四大要素統籌起來，整合光伏發電、儲能及充能技術，以實現一體化運營解決方案，推動建設綠色低碳生態園區，展開從民用到商用，從中國走向世界的佈局。
