濱海投資:向銷氣公司轉型是比較成功的,同時還在大力發展增值業務
據濱海投資2024年中期業績發佈會路演問答實錄,針對“毛利受接駁業務影響下降,有沒有其他業務可以彌補?”的提問,公司迴應稱:接駁收入下降44%,接駁毛利下降了45%,但集團管道氣銷售收入在主營業務收入中的佔比已升至94%,公司通過擴大銷氣業務佔比抵禦住了接駁下降的影響,穩住了利潤,説明公司向銷氣公司轉型是比較成功的,房地產的持續影響已經下降到可接受水平。從城市燃氣企業講,如果沒有獨特工民比的話,短時間內很難從房地產影響中走出來。同時,我們也在大力發展增值業務。
