晶苑國際(02232.HK)上半年純利增13.6%至8400萬美元 中期息13.8港仙
格隆匯8月21日丨晶苑國際(02232.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，收益同比增長8.4%至10.94億美元；毛利同比增長10.8%至2.13億美元；毛利率由去年同期的19.1%升至19.5%；純利同比增長13.6%至8400萬美元，擬派中期息每股13.8港仙。
除市場環境改善外，產品交叉銷售及共創模式亦促進業務增長。品牌客户間產品交叉銷售：集團擁有全面的產品種類，可提供多元化的產品組合，滿足品牌客户於不同服裝領域的需求。例如，集團與最大品牌客户攜手，實現全部五大品類產品銷量增長，並透過來自主要運動品牌客户的訂單，持續提高毛衣產品的銷售額。共創業務模式：在整個產品開發及生產過程中，集團向客户提供產品構想，將客户理念轉化為產品設計，開發及採購原材料，並創新工序以優化生產成本。例如，集團與最大品牌客户攜手，利用先進的毛衣針織技術開發熱銷褲裝，並與領先的運動服品牌共創全新的圖案設計，獲得令人鼓舞的市場反饋。該模式提升品牌客户的忠誠度，有助本集團提升市場份額。
此外，現時的增長尚未充分展現集團的潛力。由於今年第一季度招工困難，集團面臨產能拓展瓶頸。集團已迅速作出反應，優化生產規劃及調度，並進行大量針對性招聘工作，人員補充率亦自第二季度起大幅提升。然而，部分訂單的產出及交付時間仍受人手短缺所影響，此乃由於培訓需要一定的時間，新增的人手於上半年帶來的貢獻有限。
貼身內衣分部以及運動服及户外服分部為集團毛利率提升的主要動力。憑藉更專業的運動服制造經驗(包括由縫製演進至黏合)以及提供優質無縫產品，運動服及户外服分部的毛利率實現持續強韌的增長。貼身內衣分部的毛利率上升則得益於去年同期的較低基數。
集團繼續投資於垂直髮展、自動化升級及可持續發展。數碼化轉型為另一主要投資重點，旨在透過設備升級及數據分析精簡本集團的成本結構，依靠快速回應及客户關係管理提升服務質量及交付能力，以及利用人工智能及生產數據累積最大限度地發揮營運潛力。截至二零二四年六月三十日止六個月的資本開支為52百萬美元(截至二零二三年六月三十日止六個月：33百萬美元)。
