邁富時(2556.HK)上半年業績亮眼,收入同比增長26.7%,經調整淨利潤扭虧為盈
邁富時(2556.HK)公吿,截至2024年6月30日止6個月的中期業績,上半年實現總收入人民幣7.4億元,較上年同期增長26.7%。其中SaaS收入人民幣4.0億元,較上年同期增長30.4%。最能體現SaaS業務成色的毛利率為88.3%,較上年同期提高了1.2個百分點,説明公司產品力方面進一步提升。最為亮眼的是,公司憑藉精細化運營和生態合作,成功實現半年度盈利,經調整後淨利潤為人民幣4768萬元,上年同期為經調整後淨虧損2416萬元。報表中的會計淨虧損人民幣8.2億元,不能代表企業的真實經營情況,系IPO前優先股公允價值變動所致。由於IPO發行估值遠高於優先股股東的入股價格,導致優先股股東實現了大幅盈利,而在會計上要記作上市公司的虧損,但實際上此虧損跟企業的經營沒有關係,反倒證明了企業的價值被市場認可,此前投資企業的投資人眼光獨到。相比之下,經調整後淨利潤人民幣4768萬元更能體現企業的真實經營狀況。公司在上半年取得了一系列的榮譽。根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料,按2023年收入計,公司是中國最大的營銷及銷售SaaS解決方案提供商。連續5年榮獲AI SaaS排行榜第一名,連續4年榮獲智能營銷排行榜榜首企業,連續6年蟬聯上海市軟件和信息技術服務業百強,入選2024年度SaaS企業TOP100,已連續多年位於前五名,在信創領域實力出眾,榮獲2024金i獎(信創應用創新獎)、入選2024信創50強,助力企業數字化轉型,入選2023年度數字化轉型服務商、榮獲中國最佳數字化解決方案獎。進入下半年,該公司表示將繼續追求"成為全球企業數字化與智能化最佳夥伴"的願景,圍繞中小企業客户(SMB)和大型客户(KA)雙輪驅動、AI化、中台化三大戰略,不斷擴大市場份額、豐富全鏈路SaaS產品,迭代Tforce營銷領域大模型,鞏固公司在營銷及銷售SaaS解決方案市場的領導地位。
