叮噹健康(09886.HK)公佈中期業績 虧損收窄約23.5% 進一步提升用户服務能力
格隆匯8月16日丨叮噹健康(09886.HK)公佈，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，公司的總收入為人民幣2,267.9百萬元，同比增長0.9%。其中，快藥業務收入達到人民幣2,210.1百萬元，同比增長1.2%。報吿期內，平台累積註冊用户達到約43.6百萬人，並於在線問診業務錄得3.5百萬次健康諮詢及問診。截至2024年6月30日止六個月，公司淨虧損水平收窄約23.5%，同比減虧人民幣0.276億元，錄得虧損人民幣0.898億元。
公司截至2024年6月30日止六個月的毛利為人民幣751.7百萬元，毛利率為33.1%；而截至2023年6月30日止六個月的毛利為人民幣682.9百萬元，毛利率為30.4%。毛利率增加主要是因為採購過程的成本控制效率增加及產品銷售組合的變化。
公司將始終以用户為中心，通過產業鏈的深度合作與賦能，建全「醫、檢、藥、險」生態體系。並圍繞居民健康需求，緊跟國家政策導向，着眼前瞻性創新。公司致力於在現有的包括國家醫保線上化支付、專業醫藥冷鏈即時到家服務、AI智慧醫療服務等業務板塊的佈局中部署創新，為居民提供專業、安全、即時、高效的醫藥與醫療服務。同時，公司將進一步鞏固和發展特大城市即時健康到家業務，聚焦核心城市的加密佈局，加快更多智慧藥房線上國家醫保支付開通，支持公司中長期規模增長。
報吿期內，公司持續推進國家醫保線上支付打通，並加強供應鏈管理。在國家醫保線上化服務方面，公司分別在北京、上海、深圳、佛山進入當地的首批試點或首批平台合作供應商家。在倉儲物流以及冷鏈物流服務方面以數字化+專業物流方式，進一步提升用户服務能力，保障用户的安全用藥。通過與超過6,000家制藥及分銷企業建立合作伙伴關係，共同提升及擴大產品組合的多樣性，併為用户與藥企打通F2C的生態系統，提供更加負擔得起、品質高的服務及商品。
